Gary Davi, Founder & Chief Innovation Officer

Gary is Imagine's Founder, and serves as its CIO. With over 30 years in enterprise technology, Gary has seen, and been part of "the technology revolution."

His experience includes being CIO for Steadfast Companies/Steadfast Capital Markets Group, one of the nation’s largest Public non-traded Apartment REIT's with $2B+ in asset management- working with Rod Emery, one of the true leaders in real estate acquisition, development, and management.  CTO at Steadfast's sister company Crossroads Capital Group with financial services industry leaders: Greg Brakovich, Phil Meserve, and Jamie Shepherdson. And CIO for CORE Realty Holdings, a $1B TIC.

Before his move to Newport Beach, Gary was the EVP of IT for BriteSmile (Nasdaq: BSML). Prior to that, the Database Administrator & Software Developer for ATEL Capital Group.

His financial sector experience includes work for Lehman Brothers, Goldman Sachs, Charles Schwab, Paine Webber, the Pacific Stock Exchange, Dow Jones, Reuters, and Merrill Lynch.  Early in his career, Gary worked for Lockheed Martin, and what he considers one of his favorite and most exciting experiences – working at Netscape during the browser wars.

Gary has been certified and awarded with an MCSE early NT, MCSE 2000, MCP+I, MCP, Network +, Security +, A+, and has been certified and/or is a specialist in many other systems including CRM and databases such as SalesLogix, Salesforce, MS SQL, and business intelligence systems Dundas, Good Data, Microstrategy, Birst, and other enterprise systems including Exchange, Barracuda, and marketing and automation systems Marketo, and cloud platforms Amazon EC2, Digital Ocean, and Azure. 

Gary's experience is wide reaching due to his love, passion and interest from a very early age in technology, but he is most known for his expertise in integrating systems for business efficiencies and has been called "a business friendly CIO" by the many executives he has come across.

Fun Facts (from way back):

Growing up, Gary was founder and SysOp of two well known BBS's for the Apple ][ and the Macintosh named "The Pirate's Cove" and "The Elite's Hideaway." He was the founder of "DCMG" DirectConnect Macintosh Guild and TEH was the west coast member of the group "Coast to Coast."

Gary was a drummer for several San Francisco Bay Area Bands.

Mark Madison, Co-Founder, Chief Marketing Officer

Mark is the co-founder of Imagine Technology and serves as its CMO. He brings over 25 years of advertising, branding, selling and operational experience to the company. As a successful entrepreneur, starting both Madison Sproul & Partners, a full-service ad agency, and Madison Reynolds, a boutique private equity company, Mark brings a wide range of experience and skills to the company.

His clients have included PeopleSoft, Oracle, Tibco, Wells Fargo, PG&E, Aspect Communications, Asera, Sterling Commerce, IBM, Neopost, Pacific Bell, Nathan’s Famous, Tyson Foods, Intuit, Exodus, Boise, Commerce One, Siemens, Safeway, Wyotech, RBC, First American Title, and Panalpina among others as well as non-profits such as World Vision, Catholic Charities, and over 40 IUGM Rescue Missions.

Mark also works with the investment community, assisting them with deal flow, analysis, strategy, branding, restructuring, and selling.

Prior to starting his own companies, Mark worked in PR, account services, and account planning at Clear Ink, the largest agency in the East Bay, and before this at two OmniCom agencies in Los Angeles, Russ Reid and Grizzard.

Mark has served on local Habitat for Humanity, and Salvation Army boards, and has been a lecturer for AAAA. He earned his degree in Marketing from Cal Poly Pomona.
